• We don’t use helium balloons, due to its asphyxiation properties.The balloons will be hung using masking tape which generally does not leave a mark on the wall if removed within 24 hours.

Cancellation policy: 

• If a cancellation happens 24 hours before the time of delivery, a full refund will be issued.
• If a cancellation occurs between 24 and 6 hours before the time of delivery,a 50 percent refund will be issued.
• If a cancellation occurs less than 6 hours before delivery, no refund will be issued.
